Objective: Create a platform where neurodivergent young people can voice their experiences, advocate for change, and train as peer-advocates. Key components: Key components: Regular “Story Share” meet-ups where youth can share their journeys (challenges, successes) in safe space. Training module: “Becoming a Peer-Advocate” covering communication skills, public speaking, self-advocacy, rights & policy. A digital newsletter/blog/vlog produced by youth for youth, highlighting issues (education, employment, accessibility) and solutions. Engagement with local schools, workplaces, and policy-makers: youth present their findings and advocate for accessible environments. Outcomes: Amplified youth voice in inclusion spaces, development of leadership among neurodivergent youth, tangible advocacy outputs.
